4. Cookies

We use cookies on our site. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and stores on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site. Cookies do not harm your device, nor do they contain viruses, trojans, or other malicious software.

The cookie stores information that is related to the specific device used. However, this does not mean that we obtain direct knowledge of your identity.

We use cookies to make the use of our services more pleasant. For example, we use so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited individual pages of our website. These are automatically deleted after you leave our site.

Additionally, we use temporary cookies that are stored on your device for a specified period to optimize user-friendliness. If you revisit our site to use our services, it automatically recognizes that you have visited us before and remembers your previous inputs and settings.

We also use cookies to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offer (see section 5). These cookies allow us to automatically recognize you when you revisit our site. These cookies are automatically deleted after a defined period.

The data processed through cookies is necessary for the purposes mentioned to safeguard our legitimate interests and those of third parties in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.

Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser to prevent cookies from being stored on your device or to always display a notification before a new cookie is set. Please note that disabling cookies completely may mean that you cannot use all features of our website.

5. Analytics Tools

a) Tracking Tools

The tracking measures listed below and used by us are carried out based on Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. These tracking measures are intended to ensure a needs-based design and continuous optimization of our website. Additionally, we use tracking tools to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for optimization purposes. These interests are considered legitimate under the GDPR.

The respective data processing purposes and data categories can be found in the descriptions of the respective tracking tools.

i) Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics for the purpose of designing and continuously optimizing our pages. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

Pseudonymized usage profiles are created and cookies (see section 4) are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website includes:

  • Browser type/version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • Host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
  • Time of the server request

This information is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The information is used to evaluate the use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet usage. This information may also be transferred to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data on our behalf. Under no circumstances will your IP address be merged with other data from Google. IP addresses are anonymized (IP masking), so that an assignment is not possible.

You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser accordingly. However, please note that if you do so, you may not be able to use all features of this website.

You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing a browser add-on:
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

As an alternative to the browser add-on, particularly for browsers on mobile devices, you can prevent data collection by Google Analytics by clicking on this link. An opt-out cookie will be set that prevents future data collection when visiting this website. The opt-out cookie only applies to this browser and only to our website and is stored on your device. If you delete the cookies in your browser, you will need to set the opt-out cookie again.

Further information on data protection in connection with Google Analytics can be found in the Google Analytics help section:
https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en

ii) Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

To statistically record and evaluate the use of our website for optimization purposes, we also use Google Conversion Tracking. Google AdWords sets a cookie (see section 4) on your computer if you reached our website via a Google ad.

These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used to personally identify users. If a user visits certain pages of an AdWords customer’s website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can see that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.

Each AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. AdWords customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. They do not receive any information that personally identifies users.

If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can decline the necessary setting of a cookie – for example, via a browser setting that generally disables the automatic setting of cookies. You can also disable cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain “www.googleadservices.com”. You can find Google’s privacy policy on conversion tracking here:

6. Social Media

i) Links

Our website includes links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and mfsfussballtraining.tv. Personal data is only transferred to third parties when users click on one of the icons shown in the menu bar. We have no control over any cookies set by Facebook, Instagram, etc., nor do we have access to them.

ii) YouTube (Embedded Videos)

To provide a user-friendly and optimized website, we occasionally embed YouTube videos. YouTube is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, a subsidiary of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

These videos are embedded using the “youtube-nocookie.com” domain. However, even this setup still initiates connections to YouTube and Google servers and may set cookies. Information such as the website you visited is transmitted. If you are logged into your YouTube account, your browsing behavior may be linked to your personal YouTube profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account before visiting our site.

7. Data Subject Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data processed by us (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Request rectification of incorrect or incomplete personal data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Request deletion of your stored personal data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Request restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Request data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Withdraw your consent at any time (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)

8. Right to Object

If your personal data is processed based on legitimate interests under Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation or if the objection is to direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which we will implement without a specific situation.

To exercise your right to withdraw consent or object to processing, simply email us at: info@munichfootballuae.com

9. Data Security

We use the widely used SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method during website visits, in conjunction with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. Usually, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether a single page of our website is encrypted by the closed lock icon in your browser’s address or status bar.

We also implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

10. Validity and Amendments of This Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is currently valid as of May 2024. Due to the further development of our website and services or due to changes in legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to change this privacy policy. You can access and print the current version of the privacy policy at any time on this website.
