A well-rounded athletic foundation helps players stand out from the competition—not just at the professional level, but increasingly in youth and amateur football as well. Yet athletic development is still often underestimated in football training. In team practices, it is difficult—if not impossible—to tailor athletic training to meet the specific needs of each player and address individual deficits. The reality is that nearly every player has weaknesses in certain areas. Additionally, athletic requirements differ significantly across football positions. It’s not just technical and tactical skills that set a player apart, but athletic performance as well. A player who is faster, stronger, can jump higher, and has greater endurance not only performs better but also reduces the risk of injury.

WHERE AND WHEN DOES THE INDIVIDUAL ATHLETICS TRAINING TAKE PLACE?
Both the location and the date can be individually arranged by phone.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
Weather-appropriate training clothing, football or artificial turf shoes (indoor shoes if training takes place indoors) and sufficient drinks.
CAN I CHOOSE MY COACH?
Of course, we will try to accommodate your training request.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET SICK OR INJURED?
Individual athletic training can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, the full fee will be charged, as we cannot reassign the coaches at such short notice.
HOW MUCH DOES AN ATHLETIC INDIVIDUAL SESSION COST?
Prices for one individual session (60 minutes training):
For MFS members:
U6-U8: 310,-AED
U9-U16: 410, AED
External bookings:
U6-U8: 380,-AED
U9-U16: 480, AED
Sibling discount: 5% for 2nd child
